From Business To E-Business
Greetings from WENA E-Business Conference! Today is the 2nd day of this anual business conference organized by the Women Entrepreneurs Network Association as known as WENA.
The 1st day was good. The first topic presented by Mr. Nik was great. Mr. Nik came out with a case study which is to show the audiences the straight and weaknesses of previous TMNet websites. Mr. Nik is from Agenda-Asia.com, a web design company who responsible to make a revamp on TMNet Websites. From this presentation, the audiences can learn how to do elegant creative websites with full customer-centric processes and back-ends. The 2nd topic presented by Datin Dr. Rohani was also interesting. With a title “Online Marketing - Engaging Customer Experiences”, Datin shows the audiences her experiences to market her own e-commerce websites SKYE. Datin share her knowledge on how to improve the total customer experience of any company by increasing the convience of a making sales and by engaging in more service options available.
The 3rd topic was presented by Mr. Ahmad from MEPS Sdn. Bhd. With a topic “Online Payment”, Mr. Ahmad presented about Financial Process Exchange or FPX Application. From this presentation, I can learn how FPX would facilitate e-commerce transactions and encourage businesses to undertake process re-engineering to reach out to wider markets, facilitate end-to-end e-commerce transaction flows and reduce operating costs through the use of modern day technology.
Ok, enough said I get a lot of ideas from this Conference. ![]()
P/S: Oh yeah,… Last Wednesday, I went to the HITBSecConf2006. I don’t have enough time to write about it. But all I can say, I’m looking forward to come to the HITB Conf 2007! Hope to see Mr. Google or Mr. and Mrs. Meebo in HITB 2007!
