An interesting manual I found today is called How to ask questions the smart way. This is for people who asks question on the Net, especially on computer/technical questions. He tells you what you should or should not do in the forums or mailing list or even chatroom – how to describe your technical problem etc. This is a fun read, not that because it is written by a hacker, but because it is direct and straight to the point.
