Make The Move
I was talking to one of my colleague. He argue why should I be in the open source revolution. Why I use Linux? Why should he bother about Linux? I told him, I use Linux because I chose to not because I had to. I have the same passion as thousands of Linux developers out there and not because I hate Microsoft. Linux is a global collaboration efforts. I believe that the more people get involved the better it will be!
For those who want to get started with Linux or Open Source Software, there’re several (or thousands I believe) of websites that talk about it (my blog is one of them). The ‘Make The Move‘ project aims to present Linux and free open source software as viable alternatives to other systems and to provide helpful information for people considering to ‘make the move’. This page has a good answer to your question.
I hope you enjoy the world of Linux and free open source software! Dude, make the move!
