Speed Up The Reponse Time On Firefox 3 URL Bar
The URL bar is super-slow in Firefox 3. This a quick solution to speed it up.
1. Type “about:config” in your url bar.
2. Filter for “browser.urlbar.matchOnlyTyped“.
3. Double click on the row to make it’s value change to TRUE.
That’s it. This should speed up the response time on the URL bar. Firefox rox!

I am a Free and Open Source Software lover, advocate. I would like to see Open Source grow, and more users being able to use and understand it. I would like to continue to become a part of this growing community, and to grow with it! 
Yeah, it speeds it up by disabling all the super powerful features. That’s like saying you don’t have car trouble because you walk – hmm.
